"Begins Youth": The New K-drama has dropped it's full trailer, and fans are already excited. The drama was initially planned for a release in 2020 but was delayed till November 2023. The K-drama is finally set to premiere this year, and the full trailer reveals what truly sets it apart which is the drama's similarities to BTS and its members – Jin, Jimin, Suga, Jungkook, RM, J-Hope, and V. The striking resemblance has made fans eager to see how the drama turns out.

The BTS Universe, also known as BU, is a fictional story based on music videos and short films by the globally-renowned K-pop band BTS created by HYBE and BigHit Music. It all started with the Most Beautiful Moment in Life and Hwa Yang Yeon Hwa series and has grown into a larger story about friendship and time travel. Now the BTS Universe is coming to life with a K-drama titled Begins Youth. The show's trailer dropped recently, and fans are thrilled by the similarity between the characters and BTS members.

Meet the seven


The trailer introduces viewers to seven main characters, Hwan, Cein, Hosu, Dogeon, Haru, Jooan, and Jeha, each embodying the essence of the BTS members - Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, respectively. Fans are eager to see how these characters navigate their challenges, hinted at by keywords like "Sacrifice," "Rumor," "Interest," "Poverty," "Memory," "Violence," and "Remarriage."



BTS K-drama release date


The BTS Universe drama, titled Begins Youth, does not have a release date yet. However, some online sources say that it might release later this year. The show will premiere on an OTT platform. 

At a press conference, Bang Si Hyuk, the founder of HYBE and someone who closely watched BTS' journey to the top shared his insight on this K-drama. They also mentioned that the show is currently being made in collaboration with a Korean drama production company. The theme of the drama is based on BTS's outlook on the world and it's expected to be revealed soon. 

Begin Youth plot


The plot revolves around seven boys, including newcomer Kim Hwan, who embark on a journey filled with family burdens, loss, and societal struggles. The cast features talented actors taking on roles that bear an uncanny resemblance to the BTS Members.
